Graphs and Reports
There are many graphs and reports in CheckBook v4.0 that you can generate quickly and easily, including average monthly balance graphs and income/expense graphs. You have full control over the colors and fonts used to display graphs and reports, and you see them on the screen exactly as they will appear printed.
Check Printing
CheckBook v4.0 can print on nearly any pre-existing checks, including personal and business checks. You'll just need to configure the settings for your check once, and then printing is as easy as selecting an entry and pressing a button!
Multiple Accounts
This release of CheckBook supports keeping all of your financial accounts in a single file, and allows you to open multiple accounts in the editor at once by using tabs. Each account maintains its own settings and undo/redo list. You can turn account columns on or off to suit your needs, sort by any column, and view only the entries in a specific date range.
Recurring Entries
Recurring entries can make managing your checkbook easier by reminding you of transactions that are automatically posted to your account. This is a powerful tool, especially when used in conjunction with the check printing abilities of CheckBook v4.0. You can set up recurring entries for all of your bills, and when the entries are added to your account, simply print the check to pay your bill!
